JHI has a network of manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and branch locations, providing expedited service to our growing customer base.   • Culturally “it must fit,” including a spirit of mutual trust and mutual respect between Associates and Management
  • Companies with high standards, respects in their industry, that embrace or are seeking continuous improvement – willing to share best practices
  • Management team, with a proven track record, wanting to stay engaged to ensure a smooth transition
  • Revenue $50M – $300M and/or EBITDA $5M+
  • Profitable businesses having the ability and willingness to grow long term with multiple avenues of growth, including repeat sales opportunities
  • Strong brand name recognition and known for quality in their industry
  • Major equity positions preferred
  • Cash transactions preferred
  • Although we are opportunistic, we seek businesses with proven track records of revenue growth, good margins for their industry, and a profitable growth strategy
  • We avoid early-stage investments or non-proven technology

Investment Focus

  • Remanufacturing and manufacturing of products (automotive and non-automotive), requiring multiple steps of processing, machining, testing, etc.
  • Distribution and warehousing of products (automotive and non-automotive), could be used as add-on or bolt-on to products presently offered or completely different products, provided they are not commodity products
  • Procurement and management of parts, equipment, and/or services for fleets and government agencies

Headquarters is located in Jasper, Indiana
Jasper Engines & Transmissions was founded in 1942 and is the nation’s leading remanufacturer of a diverse line of powertrain components. The Jasper, Indiana, based company remanufactures gas and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, diesel air and fuel components, sterndrives, and outboard lower units. The company has five production facilities, two distribution centers, and 50 nationwide branch locations, allowing us to deliver products quickly and efficiently with our own fleet of trucks.
Headquarters is located in Jasper, Indiana
Jasper Electric Motors was acquired in 1987. At the time, the small shop sold a variety of new electric motors and provided rewinding services for smaller industrial and agricultural applications. Jasper Electric Motors has ‘reinvented’ itself over the years, and we look to use this platform to build upon as automotive and truck electrification matures.
Headquarters is located in Leavenworth, Indiana
Jasper Innovative Solutions (Formerly MAC Motors) was acquired and rebranded in 2008. We are an automotive parts and components leader, offering both premium aftermarket and OE replacement parts for fleet vehicles, as well as heavy-duty alternatives designed in-house. We are a premier parts supplier for the United States Postal Service and a fleet parts supplier utilizing our eCommerce platform www.fleetandauto.com.
Headquarters is located in Wyoming, Michigan
Weller Truck Parts became part of the JHI family in 2014. Weller is well known for providing high-quality remanufactured transmissions and differentials, along with steering gearboxes and ECMs, to the medium and heavy-duty truck aftermarket. Weller has 36 branches located throughout the United States.
Headquarters is located in Louisville, Kentucky
Diesel USA Group was acquired in May of 2019 as a distribution, service, and repair company servicing air and fuel products for gas and diesel engines, along with a variety of other complementary products. Over the past several years, JHI has focused more on this product line and recognizes opportunities with increased use of turbochargers on passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs. Diesel USA has seven branches across the United States.
Headquarters is located in Auburn, New York
D&W Diesel was acquired in October of 2021. We are a premier remanufacturer and distributor of a full line of diesel engine components, including fuel injection components, turbochargers, and rotating electric, air compressors, and much more. D&W also designs, builds, and installs custom tank truck systems to load and unload liquid and dry bulk materials. D&W has nine branches throughout the United States.

Jer-Den Plastics became part of the JASPER family in October of 2022. Jer-Den Plastics has over 30 years of plastics processing experience, providing high-quality rotational molded products for the construction, commercial, industrial, material handling, marine, toy, and recreational vehicle industries. Jer-Den Plastics also offers a host of secondary in-house services, including routing, flame treating, foam filling, spin welding, and hardware installation, in order to offer our valued customers rapid, cost-effective, “one-stop” manufacturing.
